Return Eligibility:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
Products not meeting these conditions may be rejected for return or may be subject to partial refunds.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personal hygiene products
Customized or made-to-order products
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email us at support@neeteckdeals.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (bank, UPI, or card).
Return Shipping:
We may arrange for reverse pickup depending on your location. In some cases, you may be required to self-ship the item to our return address.
